Taylor Qualls started Qualls Legal to assist local members of the community she grew up in, and surrounding areas. 

Taylor Qualls

Founding and Managing Attorney
Taylor Qualls is the Founding and Managing Attorney of Qualls Legal, and is currently admitted to practice law in Texas and North Carolina, and is admitted pending oath in West Virginia. Taylor graduated from Regent University School of Law in May of 2024. She received her Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management from Tarleton State University in December 2019. During her time in undergrad, she worked for a Texas attorney as a legal assistant and also served as a CASA for children in CPS custody. During law school, she interned for the Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, the Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney, and another local law office. She has experience in matters ranging from traffic tickets to divorces, and more recently has gained vast knowledge in assisting tax-exempt entities through her work at Reynolds Law Group, PLLC. Taylor is always eager to serve family law, criminal law, and child advocacy clients, always looking for different options to best suit your need.
